A follow up site check showed Nifty needed a farrier and was a little unweight and Sandy, her pasture mate was very thin. The day after the check the adopter called and told us to come get them and naturally we did. Just not fast enough! We picked them up about 2 weeks later. We picked them up on July 14-both Underwieght and Nifty was injured! Pictures coming. Even with our strick adoption policies things happen. We can't imagine what would happen if we weren't follwing up.
"Nifty" and that she is..... We are presently working on trust issues and progressing nicely to the horse within. We are breaking down the walls of abuse and finding the hidden treasures of Nifty.... Yours to polish.
